Overview

We will provide you refund/ replacement of the product in case it was damaged in transit. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Currently we do not provide refunds or returns of the products purchased by you if it was not damaged in transit.

what you need to do?

To be eligible for a refund/ replacement, an unboxing video with clearly visible label is required. Send that video to our Whatsapp 9407009284 or email it to us support@clayme.in with your order ID.

Replacement

Once the video is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your replacement request . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund/replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@clayme.in.
