Once we confirm the damage, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Once the video is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your replacement request . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. No Returns for Change of Mind
Solely due to transit-damage protection, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

4. Processing Claims
