- Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery details carefully and complete your payment.
Once your order is placed successfully and payment is confirmed, we’ll get started on preparing your little treasure!
Customisation & Special Requests

For products listed on our website:
We offer slight customisations to selected listed products, such as small colour changes or minor design adjustments. If you’d like a slight variation, simply mention your preferences in the Customisation Instructions box provided on the product page while placing your order.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to feasibility.
For personalised and made-to-order products:
Products created specifically for you, such as personalised names, messages or completely customised designs, may require a little more discussion.
For special or detailed customisation requests, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss your ideas, possibilities, pricing and preparation time.

Handmade with Love
Every ClayMe piece is individually handmade, which makes each creation a little unique.
Because of the handmade nature of our products:
- Slight variations in colour, shape, texture or design may occur.
- Minor differences from product photographs are natural.
- Each piece may have its own tiny imperfections that make it special.
These little variations are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Processing, Shipping & Delivery Time
Good things take a little time, and every ClayMe creation deserves its own care!
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 8–30 days, depending on the type of product, its preparation requirements and whether it involves customisation.
Some products may be ready sooner, while handmade, customised and made-to-order creations may require additional preparation time.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner and unforeseen delays.
Shipping Across India
We deliver our little creations across India!
Our shipping charges are simple:
Free shipping on orders above ₹1,200.
A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders of ₹1,200 or below.
The applicable shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared wherever available.
Payment Policy
At the moment, we accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
You can complete your payment using the payment options displayed at checkout. Your order will be processed once the payment is successfully confirmed.
